Login failure and rollback issues post RHOCP 4 IBU Upgrade

Issue

  • After upgrading an OpenShift cluster from version 4.14.25 to 4.18.10 using the Image-Based Upgrade (IBU) method and initiating a rollback, the oc login command hangs and fails to complete after the cluster reboot.
