Machine stuck in Failed state with not a valid tag key error in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • New machine stuck in failed state with below error:

    exmaple-24xxf-worker-us-2f-qlpxb: reconciler failed to Create machine: failed to launch instance: error 
    launching instance: 'kubernetes.io/cluster/example-24xxf' is not a valid tag key. Tag keys must match pattern 
    ([0-9a-zA-Z\\-_+=,.@:]{1,255}), and must not be a reserved name ('.', '..', '_index')
    
  • At the time of installation:
