Performing Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform Health Check with its API endpoints and Prometheus

Issue

Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform components provides API endpoints to perform basic health monitoring. A list of the API endpoints can be found here: 7113839
Unlike the /api/v2/metrics/ endpoint, these monitoring statuses can't be consumed directly by system monitoring software such as the open source project Prometheus.
