EAP 8 Configuration of interface inet-address not possible with YAML configuration

Issue

• While using YAML configuration in standalone JBoss EAP 8 servers, unfortunately changing default public or the default management interface to a public IP address with YAML files does not work. The server boots up, but is still using 127.0.0.1 as bind address, contrary to its configuration. Also, it seems the the server-state gets stuck in the state "reload-required" no matter how often I reload it and even though I have not made any configuration changes after starting.
