VMWARE VMs get random TCP resets and connections terminate

Issue

• We're having issues with a production server. The server is running Red Hat 8.10. The problem is that it intermittently seems to lose connectivity for external connections. If I connect via SSH, the connection drops intermittently, and the services running on the server also have connection issues. This virtual server runs on VMware with ESXi 6.7 and later compatibility (VM version 14).
