Issue

  • RHEL 9.6.z kernel panic during shutdown when unloading the irdma driver.
  • The issue occurs consistently on systems with DISA STIG profile (which adds page_poison=1) and irdma driver loaded.
  • The issue is introduced in kernel-5.14.0-570.16.1.el9_6 kernel version.
