Loki operator subscription proxy settings not propagated to Loki Deployments and StatefulSets

Issue

• Proxy environment variables added to the Loki operator's Subscription are not propagated to the Loki pods managed by the operator, such as those in Deployments or StatefulSets.
• Although a cluster-wide proxy is configured, attempting to override it using the Subscription's spec.config.env does not reflect the changes in the actual Loki pods.
• When setting proxy values in the Subscription for cluster-logging, the changes are properly propagated to collector pods in the DaemonSet.
