Duplicate entry in MIGRATION_MODEL causes issue while accessing RHBK admin console

Issue

  • Migrated RHBK 24 to RHBK 26 using a manual SQL update strategy with oracle DB:
    KC_SPI_CONNECTIONS_JPA_QUARKUS_MIGRATION_STRATEGY=manual. The RHBK is deployed on OpenShift with two replicas and post upgrade two migration records were found in the MIGRATION_MODEL table. And now the admin console fail to load with multiple HTTP 404 error.
