Getting error when using the 'Known Exploits' filter in the 'CVEs by CVSS score' section of the Red Hat Insights Dashboard

Issue

Cannot load known exploits list in the Insights dashboard
View Known Exploits link in RH Insights dashboard is sometimes broken
When I go to the hybrid console (console.redhat.com), click Insights for RHEL, click Security->Vulnerability->CVEs, then click CVEs with critical severity, I get the following error message in a popup. This is true for any of the items in that row (CVEs with known exploits, etc.)
