Issue

When Using Metallb in l2 mode, Continuous Mac Flapping issue is Observed for a Metallb Loadbalancer service on the Cisco Aci.
The Issue is mainly observed when the Speaker pod advertising the particular Metallb Loadbalancer IP is Restarted.
