RHACM console stuck on loading screen for a long time

Issue

  • After upgrading RHACM from version 2.10.4 to 2.12.2 in our development environment, we have observed that the web console will intermittently fail or take a significant amount of time to load. However, the Infrastructure->Clusters tab would display the loading screen too. From the browser console, we would see the following error message:

    Uncaught Error: [mobx] There are multiple, different versions of MobX active. Make sure MobX is loaded only once or use `configure({ isolateGlobalState: true })`
    
  • Error in the console-mce-console pods:
