Issue

  • Private automation hub UI is not accessible and throws error 502 Bad Gateway.

  • Following error is observed on Private automation hub server in /var/log/messages file:

    Jan 27 05:07:22 automationhub.example.com gunicorn[1721351]:    raise DistributionNotFound(req, requirers)
Jan 27 05:07:22 automationhub.example.com gunicorn[1721351]: pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'certifi>=2017.4.17' distribution was not found and is required by requests
