Extended Life Cycle Support (ELS) repository is not appearing in the Hybrid Cloud Console, despite being enabled on the system.

Issue

• Although the Extended Life Cycle Support (ELS) repository is shown as enabled in the output of the subscription-manager repos --list-enabled command, but it does not appear in the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console inventory under system profile.
