Squid is crashing with coredump after upgrade with 'assertion failed: Queue.cc:388: "EX"'

Issue

  • After upgrade squid kid processes fails repeatedly with below errors:

    kid7| assertion failed: Queue.cc:388: "EX"
    
  • These errors only occurs only till next restart.
