Builds , pulling and pushing images to the internal image registry fail with the error: authentication required

Issue

• Any pull or push action fails with the: authentication required
• For a newly created project, the default serviceaccount are created but not their corresponding secrets that contains tokens to authenticate to the internal image registry.
• Any build config doesn't start and doesn't show any error-
