Improve Log Filtering UI Usability in RHOL 6

Issue

• The OpenShift UI Log console for filtering the logs is showing all the containers or pods even when filtered by an specific namespace. It should be expected that if it exists a filter by namespace, then, the containers or pods showed in the list for adding a second filter should be only those inside the filtered namespace and not from all the cluster
• After adding in the OpenShift UI Log console a filter for an specific namespace, when trying to add a second filter by pod or container, it's not easy as all the pods or containers are listed
