RHOSO HCI computes cannot be added to Cell and not listed as Hypervisors

Issue

  • RHOSO HCI Computes were not added to Cells after RHOSO deployment was completed successfully.
  • After RHOSO deployment was completed, SSL certificate verification error ssl.SSLCertVerificationError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] was reported by nova-compute and rabbitmq-cell-server pods logs.
