Ceph: Successful adoption produced a file in /root and was not cleaned up

Issue

After a successful upgrade from RHCS 4 to RHCS 5, an adoption task takes place to place the management of the cluster under the cephadm tool, after the adoption takes place successfully there may be a file named "-" that is left behind in the /root directory.
