ClusterMonitoringOperator gives error related to unknown field in RHOCP4

Issue

• Getting warning on Web Console page, stating This cluster should not be updated to the next minor version..

  

• Cluster should not be updated to the next minor version warning seen on RHOCP Web Console, post upgrading the RHOCP cluster to version 4.17.

  Cluster operator monitoring should not be upgraded between minor versions: configuration in the "openshift-monitoring/cluster-monitoring-config" ConfigMap is invalid and should be fixed: error unmarshaling JSON: while decoding JSON: json: unknown field "<field name>"
