Newly added repositories are not available on RHEL-7 hosts even after publishing a new version of the content view in Red Hat Satellite 6.

Issue

• RHEL-7 repository was added to the content-view. A new version of the content-view has been published and promoted to the required lifecycle environments. However, the newly added RHEL-7 repository is not available to the RHEL-7 hosts despite running subscription-manager refresh command successfully.
