System-id getting delete from Ovs database with error "chassis|WARN|'system-id' in Open_vSwitch database is missing".

Issue

  • ovn-controller complaining about system-id missing from OVN database with an error chassis|WARN|'system-id' in Open_vSwitch database is missing.
  • New pods are not starting with errors like failed to configure pod interface: timed out waiting for OVS port binding (ovn-installed) for 0a:58:0a:83:01:d0 [10.131.1.208/23].
