Red Hat Loki Operator able to manage the rollout of the Loki pods when the storageClass changes in RHOCP 4

Issue

• When the value for the storageClassName field is changed in the LokiStack Custom Resource, the Red Hat Loki Operator doesn't rollout the Loki pods recreating the PVC/PV to use the new Storage Class.
• The Red Hat Loki Operator should manage the rollout of the Loki pods when the storageClassName field is changed in the LokiStack Custom Resource recreating the PVC/PV using the new Storage Class.
