Issue
OpenShift Elasticsearch pods scheduled on infra nodes are failing to start, with their events showing an error similar to the following:
Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[elasticsearch-storage], unattached volumes=[], failed to process volumes=[]: timed out waiting for the condition
MountVolume.MountDevice failed for volume "pvc-9a5dcbc8-5a54-4852-8ce7-b7011c981cbf" : kubernetes.io/csi: attacher.MountDevice failed to create newCsiDriverClient: driver name openshift-storage.rbd.csi.ceph.com not found in the list of registered CSI drivers
