How can I provide PCSD / Pacemaker GUI Management permissions to additional users?

Issue

• Is it possible to give Pacemaker GUI access to users other then hacluster?
• Is it possible for users not in the haclient group to manage cluster's via the GUI?
• Attempting to login to gui at https://<node ip>:2223/login with non default cluster user or group results in error: Bad username or password.

• Attempting to login as a non hacluster user, or a user not attached to the haclient group generates the below error in pcsd.log:

  $ cat /var/log/pcsd/pcsd.log
