JON Reporting (-1) when Tomcat 6 instance is configured with "Executor"

- JON is reporting (-1) on Tomcat 6 applications when server.xml is configured with "Executor"

For all "Tomcat Connectors" (ajp, http & https) it list (-1) for the following:
- Threadpool Max Threads
- Threadpool Threads Active
- Threadpool Allocated
