OADP backups fail on Azure backed storage stating secret not found.
Issue
When attempting to use OADP to create backups with Velero, attempts fail and Velero pod logs provide events indicating that a required secret for credentials is unavailable, but it is confirmed that the required secret and credentials are in place and accurate.
