Cluster has become inaccessible after the etcd restoration was done from previous version in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • An old 4.14.29 backup was inadvertently restored to the current 4.16.3 cluster.
  • Are there any steps to recover the cluster if restoration done from previous versions.
