OTP verification is failing with expired_code error on RHBK

Issue

  • Users are unable to configure new OTPs during registration phase.
  • Users are unable to login with previously configured OTPs.

  • Server logs are showing the following entry:

    WARN  [org.keycloak.events] (executor-thread-21) type="CUSTOM_REQUIRED_ACTION_ERROR", realmId="***", clientId="***", userId="***", ipAddress="***", error="expired_code", code_id="***"
