Lockout permanently after temporary lockout on Red Hat Single Sign-On and Red Hat build of Keycloak
Issue
- Requirement to have the option of temporary lockout in combination with a permanent lockout at the same time, e.g.: Temporary lockout after 5 login failures and then a permanent lockout when reaching 10 login failures
