    [ERROR ] [root] runuser -l postgres -c 'PGSETUP_INITDB_OPTIONS="--lc-collate=en_US.UTF-8 --lc-ctype=en_US.UTF-8 --locale=en_US.UTF-8" postgresql-setup --upgrade' failed! Check the output for error!
