Trigger automatic redeployment of the pods when secret changes in RHOCP 4

Issue

• The value of a secret utilized by an active pod will not change in real-time when modified.

• To apply the updated secret values, the old pods must be manually removed, which will trigger the redeployment of new pods with the updated secret values.
