Issue

  • After installing a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM using the ISO, the VM doesn't boot with the error:
No bootable options or device was found

Environment

  • OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4.16
  • OpenShift Virtualization 4.16
  • Windows Server 2012 R2 VM using UEFI and SecureBoot
