Zero Downtime image update in Red Hat build of Keycloak

Issue

• The customized image of Red Hat build of Keycloak is updated frequently (like on change in theme or build time configuration) which results in downtime of Red Hat build of Keycloak cluster - how can this be prevented ?
• Allow updates of build time parameters for optimized images and updates of custom images with themes without a downtime as rolling updates.
