content url not given?

Hi,

Hope someone can shed some ligth on this ...

I have this Satellite 6.11 running. Now I am adding a VM, register it with an activation key and give it 2 subscription, 1 for the epel 8 repo and 1 for the standard rhel repos for 8.

As you can see on the first screenshot, the content URL is set to my satellite server. However when registering and subscribing this VM to the repo's, satellite apparently pushes the redhat cn URLs as base URLs instead of the filled in content URLs (check pic 2). Where do these come from and how do I make Satellite just push the correct URLs?
