retryIntervalMultiplier parameter does not affect initial connection attempts in ActiveMQ Artemis
Issue
- The retryIntervalMultiplier and maxRetryInterval parameters are currently only applied to reconnection attempts, not to the initial connection attempt.
- This behavior led to inconsistencies when attempting to connect initially, as only
retryIntervalaffected the initial connection attempts.
