nginx 1.26 for RHEL8 from AppStream

Is there a knowledge article anywhere that talks about future nginx version support?
I found one that talks about nginx... but it doesn't mention versions.

Meanwhile, I have a request for nginx 1.26 on RHEL8. But it looks like RHEL8 AppStream only goes up to 1.24 at present.

The AppStream Lifecycle doc at https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/rhel-app-streams-life-cycle only talks about past releases. But with 1.24 only coming out in RHEL8.10 and there being no more RHEL8 point releases... I'm starting to wonder if this will be a RHEL9 only option?
