Is it possible to bypass server certificate verification for LDAP authentication?

  • Is it mandatory to use SAN in the certificate for LDAP authentication?
  • Can tweaks be made in the configuration to bypass the LDAP certificate?

  • For LDAPS authentication, below error is encountered:

    network error x509: certificate relies on legacy Common Name field, use SANs instead.
