In OpenShift 4 a control-plane node is stuck in updating status due to disk pressure
Issue
- Control-plane node is Ready, but it is stuck in "updating"
- Node metadata reports that "kubelet has disk pressure"
- Cleaning the
Cri-ostorage did not work - Pruning the container images did not work
- Cleaning the
Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP)
- Verified with 4.12, but may occurs with other versions.
