Automating the creation of Vertical Pod Autoscaler Custom Resource in Red Hat OpenShift 4

Issue

• Is it possible to automatically point the Vertical Pod Autoscaler Operator (VPA) Custom Resource (CR) to the deployment?

• When installing Vertical Pod Autoscaler Operator, there is a need to manually create the VPA CR and specify the deployment it will manage, which is a tedious task. The need for automation arises because resource requests and limits often exceed the provided values. If VPA could automatically manage all deployments in the namespace, the resource requests and limits would be balanced, and the node's resource requests and limits would align accordingly.
