Spring dependency injection doesn't work on my JBossWS/CXF endpoint

Issue

When I configure my Spring application context in jbossws-cxf.xml to inject a Spring bean into my JAX-WS endpoint, it never works.

<bean id="ServiceImpl" class="org.apache.cxf.cxf1332.Cxf1332Impl">
   <property name="testBean" ref="testBean"/>
</bean>

<bean id="testBean" class="org.apache.cxf.cxf1332.TestBean"/>
