Why WirelessAX/Wifi6 test doesn't reach the required speed with Realtek RTL8852BE ?

Issue

While performing the WirelessAX/Wifi6 test on RHEL with Realtek RTL8852BE controller on Precision 3490/3590/3591, we are getting around 800~850 Mbps speed only instead of 960 Mbps which is 80% of 1200 Mbps of required speed
