Why is admin ack still required before upgrading the RHOCP cluster although vSphere version is at the recommended version ?

Issue

  • While upgrading RHOCP cluster from vesion 4.12 to 4.13, admin ack is still needed to be acknowledged, although vSphere version is VMware ESXi, 7.0.3, 23307199.
  • Although vSphere version in the cluster is already on recommended version VMware ESXi, 7.0.3, 23307199, why is it still required to acknowledge ack-4.12-kube-126-vsphere-migration-in-4.14 : true before upgrading the cluster from version 4.12 to 4.13?
