Pod logs contain error "no route to host" despite destination pod is running on Red Hat Openshift Container Platform 4
Issue
- Some pods on cluster nodes have IP addresses out of the node's hostSubnet CIDR.
- Cluster Operators are degraded but their managed pods are in a running state
- Kube-apiserver and other system pods have error "no route to host" against various system critical pods.
