Why do virtual machines lose network connectivity for a short time while upgrading the nmstate operator?

Issue

• The virtual machines which are connected to the Linux bridge is losing network connectivity while upgrading the NMState Operator.
• The issue is also observed while restarting the nmstate-handler pods. When a nmstate-handler is restarted, VMs running in that node lose network connectivity for a short time.
• The bridge was created on top of bonded interface.
