The Directory '/tmp/vertx-cache' used by Red Hat build of Keycloak is world writable
Issue
After stating Red Hat build of Keycloak for the first time, it creates the following world writable directory:
$ ls -l /tmp/ | grep -i "vertx-cache"
drwxrwxrwx. 3 <USER> <USER> 70 Jul 24 17:24 vertx-cache
