RHBK Operator 22 is showing a lesser minor release as the supported version for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4.16
Issue
When running the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Operator Update Information Checker to list the upgrade channels available for the rhbk-operator package, the version 22.0.9-opr1 is listed instead of the latest 22.X minor version.
