collectd fails with runtime error on the node where ceph-nfs-pacemaker container is running
Issue
- collectd container fails to start on the RHOSP Controller nodes with the error
runtime error: index out of range [1] with length 1 - Issue happens on the RHOSP controller node where
ceph-nfs-pacemakercontainer is running.

- Redhat Ceph Storage 5.x
