CIS Rule `RotateKubeletServerCertificate` uses an invalid check on RHOCP 4.14

Issue

• In OCP 4.14+, the RotateKubeletServerCertificate extended argument in the feature-gate does not exist.
• The ConfigMap named config within the openshift-kube-controller-manager namespace does not include the RotateKubeletServerCertificate argument listed under extendedArguments in the feature-gates section.
• Is RotateKubeletServerCertificate still a valid argument within the feature-gates configuration?
