In AMQ Streams how to switch the Kafka log (PV) storage class when PV does not support VolumeSnapshots?
Issue
Need update AMQ Stream (Kafka) on Openshift configuration to migrate the PVCs from LRS to ZRS; however, both LRS and CRS does not support VolumeSnapshots.
