Failed to pull image from the RHOCP Internal Image Registry

Issue

• Pod creation in RHOCP fails due to imagepullback error when using internal image registry.

• Internal Image Registry is using CEPH storage from Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation(RHODF) as storage backend.
